The Blue Dolphin Restaurant has been satisfying its customers since 1987. Our chef uses top choice beef, fresh seafood, juicy chicken and fresh produce. Our new menu joins together the best of the old with delicious and creative new menu selections.Founder, Konstadino "Gus" Tsilionis, was a chef in the top hotels in Greece before owning his own tavern in Athens. In 1969, with the help of his brother James, Gus immigrated to America to leave the tumultuous Greek government and seek a new life for his family. With his culinary accomplishments he quickly found work. Soon after he sent for his wife, Mary, and their nine year old son, Tom. After school at the age of 13, Tom started working in the family owned diner in New Jersey. In 1987, the family moved to Florida and opened the Blue Dolphin Restaurant. A neighborhood favorite, it soon started becoming the place to go for all occasions. A simple dinner, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and many other celebrations are common here at the Blue Dolphin.
The Tsilionis family still owns and operates the
restaurant and the staff is considered family. Tom has assumed the
majority of operations, Gus and Mary are still at the restaurant
